WHAT IS A ZENTREPRENEUR AND HOW CAN IT HELP YOU!

HOW TO CREATE THE ZENTREPRENEUR IN YOU!

Here I want to share an article by John J Murphy.  He talks about changes in our lives and embracing that change and not to allow fear into our lives to stop us from going after what we desire.  Whatever you do in life, there is a zentrepreneur within all of us.  Seeking release and a creative idea or wanting to express ourselves in some way and manifestation.  This is the heart and soul of being a human being.  We all desire to grow as a person and explore ways to grow and be creative.  We came to this world to interact with one another and to learn and make the world a better place.  Though many people become trapped and imprisoned by fear, doubt and insecurity.  Rather than embrace change and uncertainty with confidence, we allow it to hold us back. We can be our own worst enemy and that can get in the way.  The secret to getting past this fear is to tap into our inner zentrepreneur and applying steps for inspiration and success.  Here are John's 4 steps to awaken your inner zentrepreneur.

Step 1 - Let Be

The first step to freedom is “Let Be.” Zentrepreneurs know that we cannot change what already exists. We have to accept it — like it or not. We have to learn from it. Why? Because it already is. It happened. This includes people, problems, circumstances, weather, long lines, slow computers, traffic, difficult bosses, and painful losses. There is no value in complaining about it or getting upset. There is no undoing it. There is no wisdom in letting it bring us down. Stress only makes things worse. The Law of Attraction delivers to us manifestations that match our emotional vibration. Complaining, stressing and being anxious only call more into our lives to complain and stress about. How wise is that? The sage zentrepreneur within us offers us an alternative — the capacity to transcend these emotional temptations. We just have to recognize them when we see them and avoid the trap. Rather than becoming anxious and fearful, we can choose to think differently. We can learn to see what “is” as simply a blessing in disguise, a lesson to be learned. For example, the people who challenge us or annoy us most might be among our greatest teachers. They give us an opportunity to learn patience, wisdom and spiritual presence.

Step 2 - Let Go

The second step in the Ring of Peace is “Let Go.” Rather than resist what is, we accept it, feel it, examine it, learn from it, and then let it go. Resistance only makes that which we are resisting stronger. Why strengthen the enemy? Push back invites push back. Force meets force. Try dancing with the problem instead. Embrace it and then let it go. Admit there is a problem and then release it. Denial will get you nowhere. Rationalization and defensiveness obstruct flow and attach you to the problem. Learn to let it go. There are many proven techniques to assist with this, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Meditation, TRE (Trauma and Tension Release Exercises), yoga, tai chi, and healing sounds. Identify and choose a practice that resonates with you… and then practice it! The only obstacle to releasing fears, phobias and limiting beliefs is you!

Step 3 - Let See

When we accept what is and learn to let go of any emotional distress drawing destructive drama into our lives, we experience step three: “Let See.” This step involves a shift in our perception. We see the world very differently. The people who used to annoy us now appear differently. We feel compassion for them. We recognize their suffering or ignorance. We forgive them “for they know not what they do.” We offer a helping hand. We reach out from a higher place — a higher frequency and vibration — knowing that this is really the only way we can be of any true assistance. Misery may love company, but zentrepreneurs know that this match in frequencies does not solve problems. It compounds them. The only way to really help someone in pain is to help them change the channel and see things differently.

Step 4 - Let Flow

The fourth step in the Ring of Peace often results in experiencing a sense of awe and wonder. When we let be, let go, let see and experience ”Let Flow,” it is as if we are living a dream come true. We are “in the zone” as some athletes like to put it. We experience a sense of fearlessness, timelessness and peak productivity. We make ourselves available to a much higher frequency of spiritual energy and we channel this into our work and relationships. We literally light up the room. People feel our presence. They are inspired by our energy… or zenergy! Let’s Awaken Your Inner Zentrepreneur! In return, we reap what we sow. By giving unto others, we are given more to give. We become an instrument of peace, a fountain of love, a beacon of light. By emptying our bowl, we receive more. We channel spiritual wisdom, sacred joy and emotional intelligence. This powerful inner peace then reveals itself to the rest of the world as “good ideas” resulting in positive changes. We make the world a better place.

MY GUARDIAN ANGEL SAVED ME!

Hi There

It was an ordinary day back in September 2010.  I was late for a meeting and I was picking up a colleague to take her to the meeting we were due to attend that day.

I was aware that the road was a little wet as there was a quick shower that morning.  I had to drive through a small tunnel on the way.  I was driving a little faster than normal and I approached the tunnel and started to turn the bend.  As I did this my car started to slide around.  I tried to keep control of my car and also brake at the same time.  I didn't want to roll my car over onto its side.  I was aware of a lorry on the other side of the road approaching me but it had stopped on seeing my car out of control.

All I remember was opening my eyes and I felt really awful all over like I had hit a brick wall very hard.  I was aware that I couldn't breath properly and I had cuts on my hands.  A women banged on the window and I wound down the window to talk to her.  She asked if she could call someone for me and I told her the name of the person I was going to meet.  She said she knew her and had her number so she called her.  I remember that I could reach out my hand and touch the lorry that I had crashed into.  I was that close from losing my life.  The firemen arrived and began to start to cut open my car.  One of them grabbed hold of my head and told me not to move.  I was in a lot of pain and then that was all I remember until I came around in hospital and there were a lot of doctors and nurses around me.  I remember one doctor saying that I had punctured my liver and that it was bleeding and he had to drain the blood away.

I then came round again and I was in a hospital room and there were needles in both my arms and I had something in my nose to help me breath and one of my fingers had a rubber clip on it to monitor my breathing.  My right ankle was wrapped up.  I came round again and I saw that they had put a pot onto my ankle.  They told me that I had at least 8 broken ribs, I had punctured my liver and I had broken my right ankle very badly and I had to have an operation the day after to put pins in my ankle.  I also had cuts and bruises on my hands, arms and my right ankle. I live in France and I was in a French hospital and only a few people could speak English.  I did not have any belongings with me and my clothes had been cut off me.  A colleague who was at the meeting I was due to attend came to visit me in hospital.  I had never been in hospital before, never broken anything or had an operation.  I had a button that I could press for morphine for the pain.  My colleague offered to bring in some of my clothes and some things to wash with.  My colleague told me that it took 1 hour to cut me out of my car and that the firemen were absolutely gorgeous and I missed it because they put me to sleep.  I even had a ride in a helicopter that I knew nothing about.  I was gutted!  She told me that my car was taken to a garage and it was in a mess.  She told me not to go and see it because it would just upset me so I never did.  My car was a Nissan Xtrail that I loved dearly.  I also lost my mobile in the accident.  Luckily something made me write out all the numbers that I had in my phone just in case anything happened a few months before.  I was also told that there had been a spill of diesel on the road where I had my accident and there were no signs up.  After my accident signs were put up about diesel on the road.

The care I received in hospital was excellent.  I was on a high dependency ward for a week so the nurses checked on me regularly.  When I was being washed one morning the nurse asked what I had done to myself.  I told her and that I had arrived at hospital in a helicopter but I didn't remember any of it.  She said to me "that was you" she sounded shocked.  They must have got a message to say how bad the accident was.  She told me that I was very lucky to be alive.

I truly believe that my guardian angel saved me that day.  The driver of the lorry came to see me in hospital and sent me flowers and was very concerned about me.  He told my colleague that he had a man in the lorry next to him.  He had survived pancreatic cancer and he said that an angel saved him just like an angel saved me!  The driver of the lorry is called Ben and as soon as I saw him we had an instant connection.  I also met my soul mate in the accident!  It was a violent way to meet my soul mate but that's how the universe wanted it to be. He asked me to go out with him when I came out of hospital.  I told him that I had to crash into him to get his attention.  He told me that next time just ask him and he will say yes.

I was soon the talk of the ward as I was English in a French hospital.  The nurses liked to come and tend to me so they could speak English and learn new words.  One day I was visited by an English women.  She told me that her son had been in a climbing accident and had broken his leg and his shoulder.  She was giving him round the clock attention.  I had heard someone going past my door every day in high heeled shoes but thought that it was a member of staff.  She gave me some DVD's to watch and some magazines.  She came in to see me regularly that week and it was very good of her to do that.

I was taken down to the operating theatre and had to wait outside.  The doctor who was going to operate on me showed me my ankle in 3D.  I could not work out which part went where, I was shocked.  He said he would do his best to put my ankle back together for me.  One of the nurses said that he was an excellent surgeon.  He has done an excellent job and I am so grateful to him.  I will have problems with my ankle for the rest of my life and I cannot bend it as much as before.  If I walk around to much at work during the day it starts to hurt me.  I have got used to it now.

I moved to another ward after a week as I no longer needed round the clock attention.  The women came to see me once when I moved to say goodbye.  Her son was being flown back to the UK to attend hospital there and carry on his treatment.

I am just so grateful for my life and I live each day as it comes and make the most of every day.

I was in hospital for 3 weeks because there was risk of a blood clot in my liver.  I had to have regular blood tests and scans to check everything was ok in my liver.  Fortunately everything was good and I had no bleeding and no problems.  I could not sit up properly or get out of bed for 3 weeks.  I found it very hard the last week as I felt really well.  I was allowed to get out of bed and walk with a frame.  It was hard hoping around on one leg but it was good to be able to go to the bathroom and have a shower sat on a chair.  Two weeks of bed baths was taking its toll!  I was a professional on the use of a bed pan by the end of the two weeks.  I had a room to myself which was great.  I also had a screen where I could watch French TV and go on the internet.  I spent a lot of time on You Tube watching Only Fools and Horses and anything I could think of to watch.  French TV was not very good!  It was good because I could send e-mails to keep in touch with people while I was in hospital.  All the nurses were friendly and caring to me.

The after effects of the accident were very upsetting for me as I was having nightmares about the accident.  They call it post traumatic stress disorder.  I was asked if I wanted some help and a guy visited me who did tapping healing.  I had not come across it before.  He came to see me with an interpreter who spoke English to translate for me.  He would tap the tops of my ankles and my knees and he would sway his hands in front of my eyes and I had to follow his hands.  It really did help.  He also gave me some herbal tablets for my bruising.  After each session he asked me how far away the accident was.  Every time he visited it went further away.  He really helped me and I didn't get upset as much.

My mother and father flew over for a week for my second week in hospital.  I am glad that they didn't see me the first week with so many needles in my arms and attached to the heart monitor machine.  It really helped me to heal to have them visit me every day for a week.

The hospital food was not that bad and most of the meals very palatable.  I got very fond of eating natural yoghurt and pureed fruit.  I still have it to this day.  My favourite puree is apple and mango with no added sugar of course!

Three years on and I sometimes think about that day but I don't get as upset about it anymore.  I think now that if I can survive that then I can survive anything now!  My scars are a reminder of how strong a person I have become.

Thank you for reading!

Has anyone else had a similar experience, I would love to hear about your story.

Be blessed Everyone!

COSMIC ORDERING

Hi There

Does cosmic ordering really work?  Yes it does and it has happened for me.

What is cosmic ordering and how do I do it?

What do you want to manifest into your life?  Write down the things that you want in your life.  Things that are realistic though, you don't want to be asking for something like for example - I want to be the next president!  It has to be attainable by you.

You could ask for something like for example - I would like to meet my soul mate.  Here you want to describe your soul mate, what you would like him or her to look like, her character etc.  This will let the universe know exactly what you want in great detail.  This is more powerful because what you are asking for will be drawn to you.  You are describing your ideal soul mate and the universe will provide for you.  The more detail you provide the better.

The best time to do your cosmic ordering is before the full moon.  Sit down in a quiet place and light a candle if you want.  Have your piece of paper that you have written down your cosmic order with you and speak out loud exactly what it is that you want.  Give thanks at the end of your cosmic order and release it out into the universe.  It is important to be thankful for receiving your order.  Also you want to think that you deserve to receive it.

Once you have released your order, you can go about your every day life.  You need to believe that it will happen for you and that it will come to you at the right time in your life and that you deserve it.

You can also do visualisation for your cosmic order.  This is very powerful.  Find somewhere quiet relax and close your eyes.  You could do this before you go to sleep at night.  Think about your cosmic order and see yourself in possession of it and also feel what its like to have it in your life right now.  Think about it as if you already have it and how happy you are.  If its your soul mate, visualise yourself being with them and how happy you are.  Think about a date that you have been on and what you were wearing and the place where you went.  This is important that you think about it as if its already happened.

I did a cosmic order for my soul mate and I was shocked when he actually came into my life.  He has all the qualities that I asked for.  He has dark hair and dark eyes  and all the qualities I asked for, exactly as I described him.

I also did a cosmic order for a solicitor to help me with something legal.  It took me a while to find her, but with work I was eventually guided to her and she has been a great help.  I went through quite a few solicitors before I found her.  I was so grateful to her because she has helped me exactly as I had wanted.

You could do a cosmic order for a parking space or a ticket to a band you want to go and watch.  It can be that simple.  You give your order, release it and believe it will happen for you.  The universe decides when it will happen.

You could make a note of when you did your order and when you actually got what you ordered.

Try not to focus on your order too much, just believe that it will happen.

It can work for you!

Have a great day

Please feel free to share and comment on your experiences.

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION TURNED MY LIFE AROUND!

Hi there!

I completely turned my life around and you can too.  Let me tell you how I did it.

I wasn't always positive in my life and really happy with myself, far from it.  Lets go back 20 years.  My life wasn't great at all.  I was going from one job to the other, working as a PA doing 9-5 and not enjoying it one little bit.  Its true what they say that you can't just do a job for the money, you have to enjoy what you do.  I didn't know what to do.  I knew that I wanted to work for myself but didn't know how to go about it.  I was going around being a bit of  sad and sorry person.  I didn't want to be like this anymore and I wanted my life to changge.  It was then that I started reading online and reading books about self improvement, positive thinking and healing your life.  My friend was doing the same thing and she bought me The Law of Attraction book for my birthday.  It was the best thing that I had read in a long time and immediately started to make changes.  It takes a while to change the way you think and changing the negative thoughts into positive ones and not focusing on what I didn't have but focusing on what I wanted and imagining that I had what I wanted right now!  This is powerful to think this way.  It does take some practice though.  If you are constantly focusing on lack of money or lack of love or anything like that then that is what you will get.  You are sending a message out to the universe that thats what you want as you focus on it.  Start by writing down exactly what you want in your life and display it somewhere where you are going to see it every day.  Every time a negative thought comes into your mind, turn it around.

For example - instead of thinking I don't have enough money, you need to be thinking I do have more than enough money.

You also need to know that you deserve it.  You have to believe that you are deserving to have it and not feel guilty about having it.

What you give out to the world you get in return.  If you give out love you will receive love.  If you are charitable and give money you will get money in return.  This works for everything.

Gratitude is very important as well.  Every day I give thanks for my friends, my family, my job, my home, anything you want to be grateful for.  It really makes you feel good that you appreciate your life.

I want you to get up every day and really look forward to your day.  Ok so you have a few problems but you can look past that.  It might be a sunny day or you might have a beautiful view to look at.  You can say how beautiful the sunshine is.  Just being grateful for the simple things in life makes a difference.  It will make you feel much better.  Do something for you that makes you happy.  Do one thing that makes you happy even if its just to buy your favorite magazine or eating a favorite meal.  I used to go for a walk in my favorite place to uplift myself.  When things were bad I used to do something every day to cheer myself up.  I would smile at everyone that I met and say hello.  It really works.  People reach out to you and respond to you and it will uplift you as well.  I would think of someone else less fortunate than myself.  There is always someone that is worse off than you.  I would be grateful for my health as most other people would be suffering in hospital or at home.  I would be grateful for my job even though I didn't enjoy it.  Most people do not have a job.  Do you see what I mean.  I started seeing results and feeling better about myself and feeling happier and more and more people were approaching me and responding to me just by being a happier person and smiling and being courteous to people.  Before I would not do this and cut I people off and I didn't get anything in return.

For the past 9 years I have been in a better place in myself.  I quit my office job and now I work in a hotel as a head housekeeper and doing reception work and I do not work 9-5 anymore.  I love my job and I get to meet lots of exciting people every day.  I have more self respect.  I own my own business and I contract myself out.  I also manage an apartment for holidays for the owner and hold keys for them.

I want to tell you about my mentor Bob Proctor.  It was him that really made the difference.  Watching his tutorials and reading his e-mails was very inspiring for me.  He taught me about paradigms and your sub-conscious mind.  Its your sub-conscious mind that you need to re-program.  He explains all this in detail in a very interesting way.  I think he is awesome!!  He is one of the most sought after speakers in the world.  He is very interesting to watch.  I have included a link to his website.
